Harold L. Bergman
Harold Lee Bergman, 56 of Noti, Oregon, formerly of Russellville, Mo. passed away Tuesday, January 24th 2012 at St. Marys Health Center in Jefferson City, Mo. Harold was born January 6th 1956 in Washington, Missouri, the son of Jerry Bergman and Lillian (Gerding) Bergman. Harold was a 1974 graduate of Russellville High School where he was active in Baseball, basketball and the FFA. After high school he joined the U.S. Army and was stationed at Fort Leonardwood, Mo. and in Georgia where he qualified as Marksman. Harold will always be remembered for his happy go lucky sense of humor and wit. He was an auto mechanic for many years, and Harold and his great uncle Jerry Cobb built and raced stock cars for many years. He also worked on ranches in Montana and Oregon. Harold also enjoyed hunting, fishing and photography, but most of all he loved spending time with family and friends. He will be sadly missed. He was married to Laura Selby, they were later divorced. He is survived by their daughter, Rebecca Bergman of Klamath Falls ORE . Other survivors include his father Jerry Bergman (Shirley); and his mother Lillian Patterson (John); two sisters, Sherry Hirschvogel (Chick), of Russellville, Mo. and Jerri L. Ruskamp of Independence, Mo. ; two step brothers, John Michael Patterson of Portland, Oregon and Mike Bergman (Donna) of Russellville, Mo.; four nieces, Heather Dean (Matt), Traci and Jordan Faiferlick and Emily Ruskamp; one nephew, Brett Bergman, one great niece,Stacia Dean; one great nephew, Brayden Ruskamp; one uncle, Don Gerding (Vicki) of Apple Vally, California and three cousins, Scott Gerding (Patty), Lisa Mcconnell (Bruce); Susan Hartman (Gary); a large extended family and many friends. Harold was preceded in death by one sister, Trudy Jo Bergman and grandparents; Birney and Helen Bergman, Leroy and Donna Gerding. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 28th. 2012 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. With the Memorial service to follow at 2:00 pm at the Weber Funeral Home in Russellville, Mo, with Delores Cullom
